TUSCALOOSA, Ala. --- UAB's track and field team completed day three of the four-day event at the Alabama Relays hosted by the University of Alabama.

The Blazers were led by sophomore Theresa Smith who finished the 100-meter hurdles with a personal best of 13.73. Smith improved to third-fastest in UAB history after last week's performance at the Samford Open (13.99).

Junior Doella Miller finished the 200-meters in 15th place with a time of 25.22. Miller also finished 22nd in the 100 meters with a time of 12.38. Miller was followed by Crystal Hunter in the 100 meters, in 23rd place with a time of 12.40. Elace Minnifield completed the 400-meter dash in 15th (57.75).

The Alabama Relays will conclude Sunday, March 23.
