TUSCALOOSA, Ala. --- UAB's track and field team finished day four of the Alabama relays ending the competition tied for 17th.

The Blazers were led by sophomore Judy Shepherd who finished the triple jump with a leap of 38-5, third longest in UAB history.

UAB's 4x100 relay team finished in fifth place with a time of 1:01.91. In the 4X200-meter relay, UAB finished in eighth place (1:41.12), and in the women's 1600 sprint medley, the Blazers finished fourth with a time of 4:02.64.

Next up for the Blazers will be the Florida Relays, in Gainesville, Fla. March 26-29.
