BIRMINGHAM, Ala. --- UAB's track and field team will compete at the Alabama Relays hosted by the University of Alabama, March 20 - 23, in Tuscaloosa.

The Blazers are coming off a successful meet at Samford University, where sophomore Theresa Smith finished the 100-meter hurdles, with a time of 13.99, an NCAA Regional qualifying time.

The meet will official begin Thursday with the heptathlon and decatholon. The Alabama Relays conclude Sunday.

The Blazers will compete next at the Florida Relays, March 26-29, at the University of Florida.
