Tuesday's baseball game between UAB and South Alabama, scheduled for 3:00 p.m. CST at Young Memorial Field, has been called off because of rainy conditions in the Birmingham metro area.

A steady rain began approximately 30 minutes before game time and the game was called at 3:30 p.m. No make-up date was announced.

UAB (5-4) is scheduled to host Middle Tennessee State Wednesday at Young Memorial Field, with first pitch set for 3:00 p.m. CST.
