BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ---- The special final edition of "Inside the Dragon's Den with Mike Anderson" will be carried live from Full Moon Barbecue on Hwy. 280 Wednesday night (6:00-8:00 p.m.) in Birmingham on WAPI-AM 1070, a change from WJOX-AM 690.

The two-hour program will include an hour with Blazer head basketball coach Mike Anderson, whose team just completed an exciting and successful through the Conference USA and National Invitation Tournaments.

The show will also feature a lengthy segment with UAB director of athletics and head football coach Watson Brown, whose team has completed nearly half of its 2003 spring drills. In addition, Blazer head baseball coach Larry Giangrosso will be a part of Wednesday's show. Giangrosso's UAB baseball team is presently 21-6 overall and 6-2 and in second place in C-USA play heading into Tuesday night's game at No. 5-ranked Mississippi State.

The broadcast will air live in Birmingham on WJOX-AM 690 from 6:00-8:00 pm.

Anderson's Blazer basketball team concluded its 2002-03 season last week by reaching the quarterfinals of the NIT, finshing with a record of 21-13. UAB began its dramatic final stretch of the season three weeks ago at the Conference USA Tournament in Louisville by advancing to the tournament championship game against the host Cardinals.
