BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ----- With this Saturday's UAB football game against Tulane and the Blazers' men's basketball season opener at Troy slated for the same start time (2:00 p.m. CT), UAB and ISP Sports have announced the radio broadcast plans for this weekend.

The UAB/Tulane football game at the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans will be carried by WWMM 100.5 FM with the pregame show starting at 12:30 p.m. David Crane, Jake Arians and Pat Green will call the action.

The Blazers' men's basketball game at Troy will air on WUHT 107.7-FM. J.D. Byars and Steve Mitchell will call the game with the pregame show scheduled for 1:30 p.m.

The following weekend -- Saturday, Nov. 22 -- when coach Mike Davis' team plays Old Dominion in Norfolk, Va., WUHT will again carry the radio call of the game. That contest is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. CT.
