BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The UAB softball team's game against Alabama, scheduled for 7 p.m. in Tuscaloosa, Ala., has been canceled due to rain.

The Blazers (19-21, 3-3 Conference USA) return to George Ward Park Field No. 6 this weekend as the team will face eighth-ranked DePaul (26-7-1, 6-0 Conference USA) in a three-game Conference USA series. Saturday, the two teams will square off in a doubleheader, starting at 1 p.m. Sunday will feature a single game at 1 p.m.
